Blue Sky Outfitters is looking for a Assistant Tubing Manager this summer!

July 1st - September 5th (Seasonal)

Job Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers 

  • Overseeing day to day operations

  • Making sure employees clock in/out at correct time

  • Helping schedule employees and handle time off requests 

  • Implementing safety procedures

  • Attaining trip reports every morning from the office

  • Helping maintain a clean and presentable check in table​

  • Briefing team every morning with daily overview 

  • Helping manager assign daily/weekly rotations 

  • Helping manager with any additional needs

  • Maintaining supply inventory and updating manager when stock is low

  • Communicating with office employees about trip updates

  • Helping deescalate conflicts if they should arise

  • Helping to train, mentor and lead team 

  • Performing needed errands when needed

  • Covid vaccination highly encouraged

​Job Requirements

  • Great communication skills and warm personality

  • High school diploma and/or associate’s degree

  • Experience as an assistant manager 

  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.

  • Have a valid driver's license

  • Weekend availability is a MUST

  • Ability to lift and carry 40lbs

  • Able to work in the outdoors and heat

Job Details

  • $17 an hour

  • 30-40 hours a week plus possible overtime

  • Plus Bonuses
